Bill Franks graduated from the University of Connecticut in 2007 with a degree in Psychology. He then went on to join Teach for America and began teaching at a middle school in Brooklyn. He received his Masters in Education from Pace University in 2009. Bill is excited to continue to educate and work with students from Brooklyn and looks forward to working with all the families and scholars here at PAVE this year. When Bill is not teaching he likes to spend time with his wife Jessica and two young sons, Will and Walt.
