Alex Trabolsi graduated from Tulane University in 2012 where he studied Political Science, Philosophy and History. During his undergraduate studies he had leadership positions in numerous campus organizations. He also had numerous internships, including positions at the United States Justice Department and the New Orleans Public Defenders Office. He joined Teach For America in 2012 and taught summer school with a rising second grade class at a charter school in the Bronx. He is currently studying to receive a Master’s in the Art of Teaching from Relay Graduate School of Education in Manhattan. Alex is originally from Dayton, OH, he moved to Brooklyn in 2012. Both of his parents are from Brooklyn, his grandfather worked in Red Hook as a crane operator. He is very excited to be a part of the community at PAVE and within Red Hook. He looks forward to reaching out and connecting with the other members of these communities.
