Our Hiring Process
PAVE Academy’s hiring process is extensive, but we feel it benefits everyone. Applications are reviewed on an ongoing basis. Applicants will be notified of the status of their application within one week of it.
If, after review of the resume, cover letter and application there is a match, a phone conversation is scheduled.
- If the conversation indicates mission alignment, an interview and sample lesson are scheduled.
- Reference checks and background checks conducted.
- Acceptance and offer letter sent.
